Sometimes, on some devices, after being turned off by the Gallery Vault system or other applications or restarting the device, the gallery will not be able to respond to the Vault dial event. In that case, you can try one of the following methods:
1. Use your device's built-in browser to visit this page: http://open.thinkyeah.com/gv.
2. Tap the "Manage Space" button on the Gallery Vault System Application Details page (System Settings-> Applications-> GalleryVault).

Please find the one we sent you (the latest mail, searching for the keyword Thinkiah in your mailbox) and follow the mail steps to reset your passcode.
If you do not receive the mail, please send one of the following steps:
1. Launch the Vault Gallery Locking page.
If your icon is hidden, tap the "Manage space" button on the Gallery Vault System Application Details page (System Settings-> Apps-> GalleryVault).
2. Try unlocking and failing 2 times, then the Forget button will appear.
3. Tap the "Forget" button and tap the "Resend email" button in the dialog.
